LimbPower is delighted to announce the launch of the latest instalment of the UR:Enabled Adult Amputee Adapted Workout series — co‑produced with LimbPower and funded by Sport England.
This brand-new collection of follow‑along exercise videos has been designed by amputees, for amputees, offering accessible, progressive workouts for people looking to take the next step in their health and fitness journey. Viewers will also recognise LimbPower’s own Conor, who features as the series commentator.
Building on the success of the beginner series, the new advanced programme includes:
Developed by the Walk:Enabled team with extensive involvement from the amputee community, the UR:Enabled programme is evidence‑based and proven to support people to get active and stay active, build confidence, and reach personal fitness goals.

Walk:Enabled is known for creating the UR:Enabled exercise programme — an evidence‑based, community‑designed fitness system for amputees that includes warm‑ups, strength training, agility games, dynamic stretching, and functional movement activities. The programme has been developed and refined with ongoing input from the amputee community and has been brought to life through video content in partnership with LimbPower, with funding from Sport England. UR:Enabled is an amputee‑led exercise programme created through seven years of development and community testing to ensure safety, accessibility, and progression.
