LimbPower Launches Next Cohort of reVAMP:

Posted by LimbPowerAdmin on Thursday 27th November 2025

LimbPower is proud to open registration for the upcoming cycle of reVAMP, its 12 week adapted fitness and nutrition programme for amputees and individuals with limb difference. The programme has already supported hundreds of participants and consistently delivered transformative outcomes in terms of fitness, confidence, mobility, prosthetic trust and overall wellbeing. Led by qualified personal trainer Jack Eyers with a dedicated support team including a prosthetist, physiotherapist, life coach and specialist instructors, reVAMP combines carefully designed adapted exercise circuits with practical nutrition guidance. This multidisciplinary support model is tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals living with limb difference.

Recognising that people’s mobility, prosthetic use and comfort levels vary, reVAMP offers both seated and standingpathways. This ensures participants can engage safely and at their own pace whether they are returning to activity after amputation, adjusting to a prosthetic, or looking to improve long term health and independence.

Since its launch, reVAMP has benefitted over 360 participants across 16 programme cycles, a significant demonstration of its reach and impact within the limb difference community. Many participants have reported tangible improvements including enhanced strength and functional mobility, better prosthetic control and balance, increased confidence, weight management, and improved mental health and wellbeing.

These kinds of benefits align with established evidence that adaptive physical activity, when accessible, inclusive and well supported, can have powerful effects on long term health, psychological resilience and social connection for people with disabilities.

The next 12 week reVAMP programme runs from 20 January to 11 April. The course is ideal for adults with limb difference who wish to build or regain fitness, enhance prosthetic confidence, improve quality of life, or simply re engage with physical activity in a supportive environment.

LimbPower encourages clinicians, prosthetic centres, rehabilitation services, charities, community partners and potential funders to refer or recommend reVAMP to individuals who could benefit or to contact us about collaboration and support.
